Deposits and Fees

Pet Fee . . . . . . . . . .$300 per pet non-refundable plus $10 per month, limit 1 pet per bedroom with managers approval. Breed restrictions include, but are not limited to, Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Rottweiler’s, Chows, and German Shepherds. Exceptions made at Management’s discretion.
